Looks like you had painted something and when you took the picture, the light flashed. However, it's actually part of the final artwork and that's very interesting, imo. ^^
I love the colors. They're so... intense. Surreal, yet the lineart as human shapes. I like that very much!
(Because it can turn the enemy into a chicken *coughs* Yea~) It's a mad weapon.
